This place has Amazing beef brisket. It’s laid on top of a bed of rice and coleslaw with a crispy tostada shell bowl, which is absolutely delicious. It’s called the Santa Maria bowl with brisket… a must have. Try it. You won’t be let down. Employees are always welcoming and friendly.

Very friendly, kind, caring, and professional. Paul was very kind, welcoming, and just great. He was nice to let us do the Family meal though we needed to have placed that order 24hrs in advance. It was our first time eating there. He gave my daughter a sample of their collard greens and she was like wow! A+++ ... especially for Huntington Beach area we have not found this type of food this good. The tri tip and brisket tender juicy flavorful. The mac and cheese yummy, the potato salad oh yea the beans and coleslaw just mouth watering. The egg rolls oh boy, awesome. The jalapeño cornbread dang good. It wasn’t over seasoned which made it nice cuz sometimes that type of food can be too salty but not at Santa Maria BBQ. Overall it was fantastic. We use to live in the LA area where its a cultural melting pot of all types of foods that are prepared differently. There are a lot of great eating places in the OC but this style is very hard to fine. I will be eating there again real soon. Thank you for making me and my families experience so dang great!! The brisket is the best I’ve had in years. It was moist and perfectly seasoned no sauce needed. The BBQ sauces were good. My mom liked the potato salad and brisket. The corn was similar to my great-grandmother’s. Oh and shout out to Paul he provided excellent service and good recommendations.
